When we enter a new partnership, we prefer to take ownership of the entire life cycle of the recruitment process. As recruiters, we assist with writing strong job descriptions, posting jobs, and tapping into our vast network of candidates to uncover qualified, available talent.

Our screening process is rigorous, consisting of structured screening questions which can easily be scored and ranked against other applicants.

Once we prepare for final interviews we will have our candidates complete a Psychometric Behavioral Assessment, showing each candidates’ suitability score benchmarked against our ideal match that we established at the start of the search.
